The Foster Grandparent Program

The Reno Doula Project

Description: The Reno Doula Project (RDP) was founded in 2012 by Ashley Greenwald, Ashley Maas, and Erin Schweber as a way to help support women in Northern Nevada who would like to have a doula during their birth but may be unable to afford one. The project regularly accepts full fee clients and also accepts a limited number of women each year to receive free or reduced cost doula services. Discounted fees are determined using a sliding scale based on household income and applications for discounted fees are available by email.

You must bring your photo ID, as well as proof of pregnancy (from a doctor) OR if you have already given birth and are parenting, we still require your photo ID, along with your child(ren)'s birth confirmation OR social security card OR birth certificate. You can shop every 3 months!
